The pros: The Murfreesboro Stones River Greenway is great for cycling. If you include the Battlefield portion and surrounding neighborhood at Cason Lane Trailhead you can get a nice 16 mile ride. …Full review by JohnWayneIsBack

It's got some great spots to run. Some people avoid the Cannonsburg entrance for running because of some narrow underpasses that may mess with your pace. Take a left out of the entrance across from Medical Center Gateway for a challenge. Take a right out of Cason Lane trailhead for easier terrain.

Medical Center Parkway at parking area, turn right and go under the bridge. Short distance to the falls.

You can park at the Searcy trailhead lot. It would be a short walk to the falls.
