There are multiple windows and glass doors giving you the sense that you are one with your surroundings. There is a second story sleeping porch for those who want to be "en pleine air" day and night. There is a 385+ft beachfront that is shared with the Lake House but no one else. There are no neighbors to the north and only one to the south of the beach.
