Rush Creek Township is one of the thirteen townships of Fairfield County, Ohio, United States. As of the 2020 census the population was 3,996. The village of Bremen is located in central Rush Creek Township, and part of the census-designated place of Hide-A-Way Hills lies in the township's south.
