The sweet shop’s owner Crystal comes from a family that has been in the homemade candy business for many years. Her father owns a fish business and her mother taught her how to make homemade candies - starting with several types of chocolate. She also spent time working in another established family-owned candy business up north and has years of working in retail and customer service. Crystal has also spent time educating herself on the latest candy-making techniques through informal web training and videos. With her passion for all things sweet, she and her family decided to open their own family business. These new kids on the block come with a background in the industry and can’t wait for you to enjoy a great quality experience with exceptional service each time you visit. Crystal loves to experiment and create new types of candies and sweet treats. Her goal is to continue experimenting, branching out with the types of candies they stock, and see what she can come up with.
