Each unit owner, a private family or investor, assigns a rental agent to book guests and maintain their units. Therefore, the condition of the unit, the booking process, and the experience of the guest will differ depending on the unit. The Homeowners' Association maintains the common areas of the facility and enforces the rules (including parking) that have been established by the homeowners of the association. When looking at reviews, it is suggested to look for the specific unit number you are considering as there can be great variation between units. Please also keep in mind that this facility is family-oriented and the Homeowners' Association enforces rules consistently in order that families can enjoy a low-key, relaxed experience.
