Hi Maxine, I worried about this too but our guide was excellent. They only have small groups so you are escorted the whole way and they emphasise throughout that you need to stick closely together. our guide went through you some simple hand signals before we headed out which included a signal for "hurry up, we need to get closer together and:or get through this intersection" and "slow down / we're about to stop". Our guide was constantly checking over her shoulder to see where we were and adjusting her own speed etc to match us (rather than the other way around).
