Makaki is a village in Dust Mohammad Rural District, in the Central District of Hirmand County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 74, in 19 families. Border clashes took place on the Afghanistan-Iran border in May 2023, during which Makaki came under attack by Taliban forces, though the attack was repelled.
