the premise an idea is great. except when there are issues, they have horrible response time, cannot resolve issues, and they set things up so you cannot talk directly to anyone. email only... two ID…Full review by Edmund Jones

The idea of the product is great if it works completely how it's supposed to. Unfortunately, when it doesn't you're stuck with emailing customer support who doesn't fix the issue.Full review by Alicia Sherry
