Most theatres will allow a child up to the age of 3 (sometimes 4) attend with an adult, as long as they fit in your lap. They do not provide a seat for them. That has been our experience. I recommend calling ahead to ask specifically.
Plenty of parking. Some free after 6 at the meters on the street. There also is a paid lot for $10 . Parking is not a problem. If you get there early enough you might find an open meter area.
