We had tickets for a date in September but due to no visibility we had to rebook but unfortunately there was zero visibility that day too. I have been told I have 12 months to rebook our visit but as we’re from the U.K. it’s doubtful we will be able to afford to return so soon. Has anyone had a similar experience and if so what was the conclusion. Thanks

We are in the same position. I would quote their terms and conditions as no where can I see it says within ‘12 months’ despite what they tell you.
