This house is great- It's cute, it's cozy, and it's the perfect place to get away from it all and relax! It's got 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, and a paved back patio with fire pit and lounge furniture. It also features sliding glass doors with lake views from the master bedroom & living area. You have your own private dock and lake access. Our guests have our permission to fish from our property/dock. Please check with the Virginia Dept. of Wildlife Resources for any other fishing guidance. Our house is in Holly Grove so you have privacy and calm water, yet we are just a minute from the main lake and Holly Grove Marina. Holly Grove Marina offers a boat launch and many other amenities.
