The house is a 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bathroom Cape style home. It has an eat-in kitchen, a family room with cable/ 4K/SMART/ HDTV & broadband WiFi, 2 full bath bathrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 other bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The first level bathroom has been totally renovated in 2019. Tenants are to provide their own linens and towels. New for 2022 the House has added a Lenox Central A/C and Heating system. (No more window A/C units).
