Thinking of booking the Saturday fish and chips experience just wanted to know how the steam train is set in the dining area for the fish and chips lunch. Some of the pictures the dining area looks all dressed up and waiters and then there is a picture with it not dressed or no waiter service. Try to avoid weekends and arrange you visit for mid-week. If you check their web site or give them a ring, they will be able to tell you when trains are running. They are very accommodating out there, give them a bit of notice and they will probably be able to give you and your guest a peek behind the scenes and a tour around the site. You don't lose anything by simply asking the question, and you will probably be pleasantly surprised!
