Unfortunately, our visit was met with disappointment, as it was locked down due to a violent knife attack the day before. We could not walk through it.Full review by Alien W

Well done showing of a dark past. We were in february, and it was not too easy to walk through the stones on the icy surface. But it was worth the feeling.Full review by Beagamax

Sobering and well worth a walk through. This is an appropriate place to come and reflect on how this happened and why it's so important not to let this happen to any group of people in the future. W…Full review by cjyap

Yes, the info center is free, there was about a 30 minute queue time for us. This is due to security checks , similar to airport, bags scanned etc.... the exhibition initially sets the tone as to the timeline of events leading to the holocaust, then switches to personal testament, fragments of letters. The two combined make for a very special free experience that is very moving. Enjoy the reflection

Whilst we were in the museum there were several groups of school children, some much younger than 11. I did wonder whether it was a suitable venue, but there were no photographs of the horrors, mainly explanations of the lives led and pieces of memorabilia. The architecture is also spectacular as is the garden at the rear.
