There is a nice little cafe on the grounds, covered Ramada. I am claustrophobic but the trail in the cave is wide enough never bothered me, I was a tour guide for ten years in the cave. Some people do have to be taken out. Never go in if your hungry or feeling sick. I would suggest the Rotunda Throne Room tour, it's about 15 minutes shorter which makes a difference. Or she can grab a cup of coffee,or prickly pear lemonada which is delicious, read and enjoy sitting in the Butterfly Garden.
Q:
what is the temp inside the caves
A:
Drink water before going inside. Anyone that feels I'll will be taken out, the tram will take them back to the visitor center.
