Free parking is available for members, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free workout with ease. Our Bangor club has a brand new athletics track to help you improve functional strength, acceleration and endurance. In addition we've added an Olympic lifting platform as well as brand new resistance equipment including pin loaded and free-weights.
