AAB Management Service and Insurance Intermediaries (formerly PAMIOFW Management Service and Insurance Intermediaries, Inc.) was founded on October 2020 because of the need to establish a separate identity from the previous affiliation with Passenger Accident Management and Insurance Agency, Inc. (PAMI) AAB has the primary purpose of acting as managers, managing agents, insurance administrators or insurance agents of corporations, partnerships or persons. It is now managing the insurance Consortium led by Fortune Life Insurance Co. Inc. and Fortune General Insurance Corp.
