We were there in Sept 2023 and we just arrived in the morning and just purchased tickets, at the 21 21. Also did the Mori the same way, we found the Japanese's art gallery, very different from ones in Italy or Spain , were you need to book in advance. We were disappointed with the Mori, but it may of been the exhibitions that was on at the time.
